General guidelines for scheduling, batch codes of conduct, and memberships.
Class Scheduling & Cancellation
Private 1-on-1 sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice cannot be rescheduled or credited.
Code of Conduct
Students must respect other participants in interactive group batches. Spamming chats, sharing inappropriate links, or using disrespectful language will lead to suspension.
Subdomain & Re-branding
During Phase 1, all web services run under academy.chessbooks.in subdomain. Accounts will roll over automatically to any new registered domain when updated.
